Classes will run in the mornings of June 21st, 22nd, 28th and 29th and offers incredible variations of Vinyasa flow, a favourite among busy Londoners with its breath focused way of tying postures together, creating a smooth flow. Each unique class will accommodate up to 25 people and includes a cold pressed juice from PRESS + a goodie bag. Tickets are available here.

Later this summer you can also try BXR. Expect high intensity rounds of boxing, body weight exercises and ab drills paired with high-energy music. Or why not try En Avant Ballet, a highly focused and empowering form of dance that benefits all areas of your life and wellbeing.
